Commercial Development Resources is now able to offer premier civil engineering and dry utility consulting services to clients on both the east and west coasts. The company is focused on serving a wider regional client base in support of steady industry and company growth.

Costa Mesa, California – October 27, 2022 – Commercial Development Resources (CDR), California’s premier civil engineering land development firm announced today that the company has expanded its practice and now holds licenses in ten states across the country.

In response to the evolving needs of its clients, CDR is proud to have expanded its presence across the United States. They recently became licensed in several additional states to assist existing clients with projects outside of California. With licenses in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, CDR now offers civil engineering and dry utility consulting services to clients on both the east and west coasts.

“Many of our clients manage projects across the country,” said Aaron Albertson, principal at CDR. “We saw a need, and took the opportunity to become licensed in additional states to ensure we are able to continue providing our clients with superior service not only on the west coast but wherever they are doing business.“

“With many successful clients on the west coast expanding their ventures to other regions, we are excited to be able to continue the strong partnerships we have developed by providing entitlement, surveying, and stormwater management services in new geographic regions,” reflected Mario Lomeli, director of civil engineering at CDR.
