Brendan Farrell is the Chief Operating Officer at Commercial Development Resources (CDR). Brendan has spent more than 20 years working across real estate, architecture, and consumer products in Southern California and beyond.

Brendan’s career has been defined by building the operational infrastructure that allows organizations to deliver complex work with consistency and care. Before joining CDR, he held senior leadership roles at project based organizations, where he developed the systems, talent, and processes that empowered boutique practices to perform at an institutional scale.

Since coming on board as COO, Brendan has focused on transforming CDR’s operating platform from the inside out. Working in close partnership with Aaron in a complementary Visionary/Integrator model, he has helped scale the firm’s revenue and reach while keeping the team anchored in the responsiveness and accountability that CDR’s repeat clients depend on. Under his watch, CDR has expanded its footprint while continuing to deliver the bottom-line-driven results the firm was built on.

Brendan lives in Southern California with his wife and son. When not with them or working alongside the CDR team, you’ll find him at the beach or in the mountains.
