Isabelle Le is currently a student at California State University, Fullerton, where she is pursuing a degree in Communication Studies. Alongside her studies, she has gained professional experience in office administration and education, where she developed strong organizational skills and a passion for working with and supporting people.

Her interest in recruitment and people-focused work stems from her enthusiasm for helping individuals find opportunities that align with their career goals while also contributing to the growth and success of an organization. She enjoys being part of a process that connects talented individuals with meaningful opportunities.

Originally from Mission Viejo, she discovered CDR while exploring opportunities and was immediately interested after learning about the firm’s diverse and recognizable projects, including work with brands such as Legoland and Taco Bell. The range and impact of the firm’s work stood out to her and sparked her interest in joining the team. She is especially excited to be part of a lively and positive team culture where collaboration and support are a natural part of the workplace.

Outside of school and work, she enjoys dancing, cooking, pottery, journaling, and going to as many concerts as she can!
