A group of Land Development experts gathered recently to strategically tackle a challenge many of them had not faced before. Using a brand new set of tools and skills, these consultants successfully navigated a totally new environment, serving up a delicious entree and dessert, proving that their expertise truly knows no boundaries!

This dream team of Architects, Structural and Civil Engineers got together to learn how to prepare a few specialty dishes at a cooking class at Sur La Table in South Coast Plaza. Sur La Table offers cooking classes at many of its stores that cater to all levels of kitchen experience, from beginner to intermediate.

Ground-up development and saving client’s time and money is always the main focus for these dedicated professionals, but on this occasion, they joined forces to curate a Shrimp Gumbo followed by a decadent Bananas Foster.
